DRIVING LICENSE: The rented car driver must hold a driving license issued at least one year before the rental date. The driver must hold either a driving license issued by a European Union Member State or an international driving license.

AGE OF THE DRIVER: The minimum age limit is 23 years. For cars belonging to categories L2, L6, V, V1, H2, J, G1, L2, L1, the minimum age limit is 25 years.

GUARANTEE: The drivers must be holders of a credit card for reasons of guarantee. If they do not hold a credit card, they can rent only cars belonging to categories A, B or C after depositing a guarantee in cash for the rental, in addition to the rental fee, which shall be refunded to them at the end of the rental.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: One day (24 hours). Each hour of delay upon completion of the 24-hour rental shall be charged with 1/6 of the daily rental fee.

PETROL: The lessee must deliver the car with the same petrol quantity as it accepted it.

KILOMETRES: Rental kilometres are calculated from the headquarters of KOSMOS. A minimum charge limit of 100 km. per day is applicable.

BORDER CROSSING: It is allowed in certain individual cases, following approval.

CHANGES: In certain special cases, the company is entitled to change the type of the car.

TRANSPORTATION BY SHIP: It is allowed, in the driver' s responsibility.

ACCEPTANCE FROM - DELIVERY TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS: Available option, by paying a special fee, upon request.

OFFERS: The offers made by are applicable only for seven days. Upon lapse of the seven days, as long as the client has not accepted the offer, the offer ceases to be in effect.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS: All traffic tickets and any other consequences shall burden the lessee.

SECOND DRIVER: Adding a second driver in the rental agreement entails surcharge of 3.5euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 10 days maximum (i.e. 35euro).

GPS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 10euro per day (VAT included) for rental periods shorter than 5 days and at a rate of 5euro per day for rental periods exceeding 5 days.

CHILDREN SAFETY SEATS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 3.5euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 10 days maximum (i.e. 35euro).

SNOW CHAINS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 3.5euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 10 days maximum (i.e. 35euro).

RATES: The rates posted on the website may change without notice.

QUOTES: Quotes are valid only for seven days. If the seven days have passed then customers should ask to be offered a new one that is valid.

- 1000 Euro + VAT for (Category A1, D, E, H, K, Land L1)
- 1200 Euro + VAT for (Category G1, J)
- 1600 Euro + VAT for (Category H2, V, V1)

Daily Charge of Super CDW (FDW):

- 9 Euro + VAT for (Category A, B and C)
- 12 Euro+ VAT for (Category A1, D, E, H, K, Land L1)
- 15 Euro + VAT for (Category G1, J)
- 20 Euro + VAT for (Category H2, V, V1)

Excess Amounts after accepting Super CDW (FDW):

- 100 Euro + VAT for (Category A, B and C)
- 150 Euro + VAT for (Category A1, D, E, H, K, Land L1)
- 200 Euro + VAT for (Category G1, J)
- 250 Euro + VAT for (Category H2, V, V1)

NO INSURANCE COVERAGE SHALL APPLY TO:

-Damage caused to the car's tires, windscreen, windows or bottom.

- Loss or theft of personal items kept in the car.

- Any damage caused to the car during transportation by ship or other means.

- Any incident taking place while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.

- Accidents caused by a driver who has not been stated in the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy:
When you make a reservation you will be asked to submit your credit card number through our secure server. Your credit card number will be kept for guarantee. The reservation will be confirmed through a reply e-mail. We will charge 25% of the total sum to your credit card and that amount will be kept as a deposit.
In the event of cancelling 3 days or more prior to your arrival date, no cancellation penalties will be incurred and the deposit will be returned.
For any cancellations made less than 3 days prior to your arrival date we will use the
25% as a penalty charge.
The remaining payment amounts will be processed in Greece by Rent a Car upon your arrival.

Terms & Conditions Paros

Rates Include: Maintenance, oil, greasing and little road maps

Minimum Rental: One (1) day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.

Renter's Age: Minimum 23 years old

Driving License: Renter must have held a driving license for at least one year

Traffic Fines: All traffic fines, as well as fines for any violation of the Greek Penal Code are renter's responsibility

Insurance: All rental rates include third party liability coverage. In case of an accident the renter is obliged to pay in full any damages and/or all lost income through immobility of rented vehicle, unless there is a satisfactory proof that damages where caused by another party or below C.D.W. has been undertaken.

Collision Damage Weaver: The renter will in case of damages to the rented vehicle only pay the first 400 € for all car types The rest will be covered in full by this insurance. The insurance does not count in following cases: a. damages to the underside of the car or to the wheels and tires, b. driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The daily rate for the Collision Damage Weaver is 8,00 € -12,00 € (check vehicles details)

Fuel: All vehicles have to be returned with the same amount of fuel as given. Otherwise the difference has to be paid to the rental company. Refunds cannot be given on unused fuel.

Extra Equipment: Baby car seats on request for a daily charge of 3,00 €

Delivery & Collection of cars: Free of charge to airports, harbours and hotels.

Taxes: All rates are subject to 13% V.A.T.

Ferrying the Vehicles: Vehicles cannot be transported by ferry without the advance written authorisation of the rental company (exception Antiparos)

Terms and Rates: Subject to change without prior notice, with the sanction of the Greek Tourist Organisation, are in the full responsibility of the renter.

Booking Procedure and Payment Options
Our Booking Reservation system presents you with real-time vehicle Availability.
You can select your desired vehicle-group and proceed to booking confirmation.
Upon completing your personal details you will be presented with the following payment-confirmation options.

Pre-Pay Reservation
You are required to pay the whole amount of the reservation getting also a Discount on the rental price. This payment can be made by Credit Card only (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) or Debit Card through PayPal
Please note that your Credit Card will be charge only if the booking will be confirmed.
Leave a Deposit
You can secure your booking by paying a small deposit against the rental. This payment can be made by Credit Card or Debit Card only through PayPal
The remaining amount can be paid by either Credit Card or Cash upon collecting your vehicle.
Book Now and Pay Later
With this option you can secure your booking until 14 days before the start of the rental and you can then pay by one of the above methods.

Car Types
The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles in the category. We will provide you with either this car or similar cars in size and engine type.
We cannot guarantee that the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. Upon request we may be able to provide you with specific model.

Required When Collecting your Vehicle
Please make sure you present the following at the rental desk:

Voucher
Your voucher must be produced on arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present your voucher means we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.
Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle

Driving License
A Valid Driving License for main driver and additional drivers

Photo ID
A valid photo ID (Passport or National ID).

Credit Card
Driver must have one of the following credit cards to be presented at the rental desk when collecting vehicle in the driver's name (MasterCard, Visa, and Amex)
In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, you may be refused to collect the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the pickup time, all funds except a cancellation fee of 5.95 EUR and the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pickup time, no funds will be reimbursed.
No refunds will be given if you fail to collect the vehicle at your specified time or if you fail to meet the driving license, passport, credit card or other documentation requirements outlined in this voucher.
Neither do BookMyCar provide refunds for vehicles returned early.

 One Way Rentals between 2 different islands or cities are not permited. One Way Rentals are premited on the same island or Beteween Athens airport and port.

Driver's Age
The minimum age limit is 23 years. All the renters should have valid driving lisence of their country for at least one year

Minimum Rental Period
One day (24 hours) is the minimum duration of rental
After 2 hours of delay upon completion of the 24-hour rental shall be charged with the daily rental fee.

Gas/Petrol Tank Level

Kilometers

Drivers Age

Young drivers surcharge is not included in the rental price. It is paid in the local currency at the rental desk.

Drivers License
Drivers must hold a full license for minimum 1 year with no major endorsements.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driver’s license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese). International driver's license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver. UK license holders must present both the photo card and its paper counterpart at the time of rental.

For any cancellations made less than 3 days prior to your arrival date we will use the

The remaining payment amounts will be processed in Greece by Rent a Car upon your arrival.

Minimum Rental Period

Gas/Petrol Tank Level

The renter must drop back the car with the same level of gas/ petrol quantity as when he got it

Kilometers

Drivers License
Drivers must hold a full license for minimum 1 year with no major endorsements.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driver’s license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese). International driver's license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver. UK license holders must present both the photo card and its paper counterpart at the time of rental.

Terms & Conditions Corfu

DRIVING LICENSE: The rented car driver must hold a driving license issued at least one year before the rental date. The driver must hold either a driving license issued by a European Union Member State or an international driving license.

AGE OF THE DRIVER: The minimum age limit is 23 years. For cars belonging to categories L2, L6, V, V1, H2, J, G1, L2, L1, the minimum age limit is 25 years.

GUARANTEE: The drivers must be holders of a credit card for reasons of guarantee. If they do not hold a credit card, they can rent only cars belonging to categories A, B or C after depositing a guarantee in cash for the rental, in addition to the rental fee, which shall be refunded to them at the end of the rental.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: One day (24 hours). Each hour of delay upon completion of the 24-hour rental shall be charged with 1/6 of the daily rental fee.

PETROL: The lessee must deliver the car with the same petrol quantity as it accepted it.

KILOMETRES: Rental kilometres are calculated from the headquarters of KOSMOS. A minimum charge limit of 100 km. per day is applicable.

BORDER CROSSING: It is allowed in certain individual cases, following approval.

CHANGES: In certain special cases, the company is entitled to change the type of the car.

TRANSPORTATION BY SHIP: It is allowed, in the driver' s responsibility.

ACCEPTANCE FROM - DELIVERY TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS: Available option, by paying a special fee, upon request.

OFFERS: The offers made by are applicable only for seven days. Upon lapse of the seven days, as long as the client has not accepted the offer, the offer ceases to be in effect.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS: All traffic tickets and any other consequences shall burden the lessee.

SECOND DRIVER: Adding a second driver in the rental agreement entails surcharge of 3.5euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 10 days maximum (i.e. 35euro).

GPS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 10euro per day (VAT included) for rental periods shorter than 5 days and at a rate of 5euro per day for rental periods exceeding 5 days.

CHILDREN SAFETY SEATS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 3.5euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 10 days maximum (i.e. 35euro).

SNOW CHAINS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 3.5euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 10 days maximum (i.e. 35euro).

QUOTES: Quotes are valid only for seven days. If the seven days have passed then customers should ask to be offered a new one that is valid.

- Any incident taking place while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.

- Accidents caused by a driver who has not been stated in the rental agreement.
